Spousal registration fee for the Canadian Crude Oil Conference is CAD $500.00 + GST. This fee includes access to scheduled breakfasts, luncheons, receptions as well as a choice of a spa treatment or Gourmet Luncheon with Wine-Pairing (more information can be found under the activities tab).
PLEASE NOTE: A 48 hours cancellation notice is required for all spa treatments booked or a cancellation fee will apply.

There are no discounts and no partial attendance fee options. You may notice a fee increase for 2022 - there are many reasons behind this: F&B prices around the world have tripled & and the Chateau it is no different & CCOC lost a considerable amount of money when we were forced to cancel CCOC 2020 due to Covid.
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee being charged this year. Any cancellations received after Friday, August 5, 2022 are non-refundable. We are not able to arrange cancellation exceptions or accept on-site cancellations.
A transfer of registration will be accepted if written notice is received by close of business on Monday, August 29, 2022 (Mountain Standard Time). Submit the request by email . We apologize that transfer requests received after September 7 will not be accepted and we are not able to arrange an on-site transfer of registrations.
The Canadian Crude Oil Conference registration desk will open, with badges and conference materials available, beginning 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the Alpine Gallery in Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The information/registration desk is also available beginning 7:00 a.m. on both Thursday, September 15, 2022 and Friday, September 16, 2022.
One (1) set of conference materials per paid registrant is provided at time of badging. Badges must be displayed in all public spaces throughout the conference.
