Registration Information

Delegate registration for the Canadian Crude Oil Conference is CAD $1195.00 + GST. This fee includes access to scheduled breakfasts, luncheons, receptions and conference sessions.
Spousal registration fee for the Canadian Crude Oil Conference is TBA. This fee includes access to scheduled breakfasts, luncheons, receptions as well as a choice of a spa treatment or Gourment Luncheon with Wine-Pairing (more information can be found under the activities tab).

There are no discounts and no partial attendance fee options.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

There is a $50.00 cancellation fee being charged this year. Any cancellations received after August 5, 2019 are non-refundable. We are not able to arrange cancellation exceptions or accept on-site cancellations.

Transfer of Registration Policy

A transfer of registration will be accepted if written notice is received by close of business on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 (Mountain Standard Time). Submit the request by email . We apologize that transfer requests received after September 6 will not be accepted and we are not able to arrange an on-site transfer of registrations.

Conference Badges

The Canadian Crude Oil Conference registration desk will open, with badges and conference materials available, beginning 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Alpine Gallery in Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The information/registration desk is also available beginning 7:00 a.m. on both Wednesday, September 11, 2019 and Thursday September 12, 2019.

One (1) set of conference materials per paid registrant is provided at time of badging. Badges must be displayed in all public spaces throughout the conference.
