The CCOC have reserved a block of rooms at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. After completing registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your room reservation. 

*Please use the link provided in your confirmation email to reserve your room. Group rates will not be honored via Fairmont’s central reservations*

Reservations will be accepted at the CCOC rate until the room block is full or until Friday, August 16th, 2024, whichever comes first. Please reserve early as rooms tend to sell out fast.

If you are unable to attend the conference and you have reserved accommodations, please contact registration@ccoconline.com and we will assist you in transferring your conference registration and hotel reservation.
